Barbarian
Build fury, unleash it in one blow.
Deck roguelike · Dungeon crawler card RPG
A roguelike deckbuilder for iPhone. Pick a champion, fight down the dungeon, build your deck out of whatever drops.
Each champion brings their own 35-card pool, their own damage types, and one mechanic nobody else can touch. The choice changes the whole run, not the paint.
Build fury, unleash it in one blow.
Weave all three elements.
Raise the dead, then reap them.
Your Block carries over.
Outlast everything.
Pick a target, delete it.
Set up, then explode.
New champions, cards and gear arrive after launch. Unlocks add variety, never raw power — a run stays as fair on your first night as on your hundredth.
Attacks, skills and powers — each one says exactly what it does, and while you hold it the enemy shows the exact total it's about to take. No dice, no fog. Upgrade a card at a campfire and it says something better.

Deal 8 damage. Deal 8 more if you have 3+ Combo.

At the start of each turn, a Skeleton rises.

Deal 8 damage. Deal 8 more if you have 12+ Block.

Deal 22 fire damage. Apply 6 Burn.

Deal 12 damage to ALL enemies. Apply 2 Bleed.

Deal 8 damage 3 times. Deal 6 more if the target is Marked.

At the start of each turn, heal 1 HP and gain 2 Block.

1Before the first fight, four blessings and no skip. One of them bends the whole run; one of them is a trap you'll take anyway.
2Monsters, elites, merchants, treasure, campfires, and a question mark you can never quite leave alone. You pick the path — a greedy line pays for itself or kills you.
3Immunities, thorns, armour, leeching, frenzy. Beating one is an argument you win with the right deck, not the bigger number.
4Each one is a different question about the deck you built. Answer it and the next act scales up to meet you.
103 enemy types across twelve families, and each family fights its own way. The undead shrug off poison. Wraiths shrug off steel. Elementals are immune to the element they're made of, constructs armour up and grow thorns, cultists ramp their strength every turn you leave them standing.
All of it is on screen before you commit: the next move above their head, the damage you'll deal below it.
Each one asks a different question about the deck you built. Answer it and the next act scales up to meet you.

Beat the last one and Ascension 1 unlocks. There are twenty.

Clear a run and the next one gets harder — tougher enemies, thinner mercy, more elites. Twenty rungs per champion, each one earned.

One seed, one modifier, the same run for everyone on Earth that day. Your score goes on the board — and the board shows the people either side of you, not just ten strangers.

Every card and every piece of gear you've met, kept in one place, with the champions who found them.

The engine runs entirely on your phone — no round-trips mid-fight, no waiting on a server. Planes, tunnels and one-bar hotel wifi all work.
